· Colour: white/ light yellow
· Smell and taste: natural wheat odour
Store in a cool, dry place
Boil water in a large pot. add the noodles and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
Fried noodles(chow mein):
. add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the cooked noodles, mixed well.
. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large frying pan, and add noodles and stri-fry for2 minutes.
. Add your favourite vegetables and meat on top of fired noodles, add a few drops of seasame oil and serve.
